Humboldt:

Onsite for desktops/laptops/printers:

$100 per hour + travel.

Senior Discount* $80 per hour + travel.

Base 1 hour minimum. 2 hours laptop or tablet disasssembly

Onsite for Business Networks or pro printers**:

$125 per hour + travel.

1 hour minimum.

Travel prices:

No additional charge for "In town" (Arcata, Eureka, Trinidad, Blue Lake, McKinleyville. One way travel at hourly rate for other Humboldt locations.

- What days and times are good for the service call.

-A complete description of the issue.

For Computer Issues:

- Computer Platform (hardware (pc, mac, laptop, desktop)

- Operating system (Windows version, Mac OX X Version, Linux - Login and password (password or other important information can be told to the tech in person).

For Internet Issues:

- Internet provider.

- What model routers, modems, and other network hardware.

For printer issues:

 - What model printers.

Santa Cruz:
