Warranty - Apple and Epson
We do factory authorized service for Apple computers and select Epson
printers and scanners. In most cases we can complete the repair in a few
days with all parts and labor covered by the manufacturer.
If your unit is covered by manufacturers warranty or service contract, we will upgrade you from standard to two day evaluation. Once your unit is diagnosed it generally takes 1-3 business days to get parts and complete repairs. You can upgrade to 24 hour evaluation for free by making an appointment in advance. If you have an emergency you can pay a fee to get 24 hour evaluation.
In the event your repair is not coverent by warranty for some reason, we reserve the right to charge a diagnostic charge. NO FAULT FOUND, user error, software installation, physical damage or abuse, and liquid spills, are not covered under Apple or Epson warranty. This charge is generally up to $75 but could be the charge of a completed repair, $100 to $125.

Accessories may be returned complete, in good condition,
acompanied by the original packaging and receipt for a period of 30 days.
A 15% restocking fee applies, or 30% restocking with out packaging.
Receipt is required all returns. Damage or abuse voids your warranty on the
part and it will not be refunded.

Parts that have failed within the warrranty period (usually 90 days), will be replaced or fully refunded at our discretion. Damage or abuse voids your warranty on the part.
Some accessories and parts carry a longer manufacturers warranty (more than 90 days). We will assist with replacement through the manufacturer for the full warranty period.
Daves only carries a 90 day warranty on accessories or parts and will not offer a replacment or refund after 90 days. If the manufacturer will not cover an item for its proper warranty period, we will not assume that responsibility, except for the first 90 days after purchase.
