Onsite for desktops/laptops/printers:
$100 per hour + travel.
1 hour minimum.

Onsite for networking/pro printers:
$125 per hour + travel.
1 hour minimum.


Travel prices:
$0 for "In town" (Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley/Soquel/Aptos).
Out of town:
$25 for San Lorenzo Valley or Watsonville.
$50 for Boulder Creek / remote areas
One way time at $100 per hour for out of county.




To make a service call appointment:
Call the store @ (831) 458-1131, and make sure you have the following information.

- Name, Address and phone number.
- Computer Platform (hardware (pc, mac, laptop, desktop) / Operating system).
- Internet provider.
- Login and password (password or other important information can be told to the tech in person).
- What model printers.
- What model routers/modems.
- What days/times are good for the service call.
- Any other pertinent information.
